SPECIAL INVESTIGATIVE UNIT (SIU)

ida statute 626.989, known as Florida's "Fraudulent Insurance Act," mandates all insurance carriers with premiums over $10 million to establish and maintain a Special Investigative Unit (SIU) or to contract with an outside provider for such services.

RSight currently provides SIU services to Self-Insured entities, Third-Party Administrators and traditional P&C Carriers.

RSight has made a significant capital investment to assemble the very best SIU Investigators within the industry. RSight's SIU Department has over 50 years of combined experience within the SIU and law-enforcement arenas, to include such specialized training as FBI Interviewing Techniques and NICB Academy Training.

Currently, RSight provides designated and State approved SIU services to more than 300 separate employers.

RSight works directly with the Florida Department of Financial Services (DFS) and the State Attorney's office, which has resulted in more than a dozen arrests relating to insurance fraud.
